By enrolling in Never Giving Up Coaching, you agree to the following terms.

1. Coaching Services

Never Giving Up Coaching provides online fitness, nutrition, habit, and mindset coaching. This includes personalised programming, guidance, accountability, and access to educational materials and group-based mindset modules.

Coaching is delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. No Guarantees

Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your effort, consistency, and adherence to the coaching process. Coaching is a support service, not a promise of specific physical, financial, or personal outcomes.

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:
• Following the agreed plan to the best of your ability
• Communicating honestly and consistently
• Taking ownership of your decisions, actions, and results

Coaching works when you show up. It cannot be done for you.

4. Payment & Financing

All fees must be paid in full upfront or through an approved financing provider.

If you choose to use third-party financing, you agree to their payment terms independently. Never Giving Up Coaching is not responsible for financing approval, repayment schedules, or disputes with the finance provider.

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of coaching services.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services, all payments are non-refundable once coaching has commenced, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Pauses & Cancellations

Coaching timeframes, pauses, or extensions are at the discretion of Never Giving Up Coaching and must be agreed to in writing. Unused time does not automatically roll over.

7. Health Disclaimer

You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in training and lifestyle changes. You agree to consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition program.

Never Giving Up Coaching is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

8. Conduct & Termination

Never Giving Up Coaching reserves the right to terminate coaching if a client is abusive, dishonest, or repeatedly non-compliant with agreed standards.

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

9. Intellectual Property

All programs, materials, videos, and content provided remain the property of Never Giving Up Coaching and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.
